Is plan management really free?

Yes. The NDIS funds it separately, at no cost to you, and it doesn't reduce your other supports.

Can I use providers who aren't NDIS-registered?

Yes. Plan management lets you use any provider — registered or non-registered. It's the most flexible option.

How do I switch from my current plan manager?

It's easy and you don't need a plan review. Just tell us you'd like to switch and we'll handle the changeover with your current provider and the NDIS.

How quickly do you pay invoices?

We process valid invoices promptly so your providers are paid on time and your supports continue without interruption.

Do I need a support coordinator to have a plan manager?

No. Plan management and support coordination are separate. You can have one, both, or neither.

What's the difference between plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed?

Plan-managed means we handle the money while you keep full choice of providers. Self-managed means you handle it yourself. NDIA-managed means the NDIS handles it, but you can only use registered providers.

Where are you based, and do you meet in person?

We're in Surry Hills, NSW. We meet clients in person or over Zoom — wherever you are in Australia.

Do you do tax and accounting too?

We're Chartered Accountants, so we can help with bookkeeping and general accounting. For tax returns, we can connect you with a trusted registered tax agent we work with.
